It is an outstanding testament to the grass diet of our real organic, truly pastured Jersey Cows. They transform the lush grass into nutrient-dense, omega-3-rich raw cream for us all to enjoy!
No need to settle for regular grocery store sour cream any longer. :)
Note: Everything in this Raw Sour Cream making process is done to human consumption standards but since the government makes no provision for Raw Sour Cream, by law, we are forced to label it as pet food.
This item is government approved for pet food only.
Shelf life is 4+ weeks while using since it will only culture slowly at refrigeration temperatures.
UPS Home Delivery Orders: If you have meat on your order, this sour cream will ship frozen because we need to use dry ice in all meat orders. The flavor will not be affected by freezing but texture may be slightly affected. If you do not want your sour cream frozen you should purchase it on an order with only refrigerated items.
